ELXR Carbon

Carbon (C) is a fundamental building block of life and all organisms require it to live and grow. In plants, carbon is used to create energy through the process of photosynthesis and it is also required for the creation of structural carbohydrates. Within the aquarium, carbon is usually a limiting factor which can lead to poor plant growth. Carbon supplementation will stimulate plant metabolism resulting in healthier and faster plant growth.

ELXR Carbon™ is a highly concentrated and bioavailable organic liquid carbon supplement. The primary active ingredient in ELXR Carbon™ has been formulated to extend the product shelf life and to also lock it in its most readily bioavailable form which ensures greater effectiveness in the aquarium. ELXR Carbon™ also possesses algae inhibiting properties.

Dosage Guide
Use 10mL for every 100L per week

200mL Bottle
1 pump ≈ 1mL

500mL Bottle
1 pump ≈ 2mL

For densely planted, nutrient demanding aquariums, increase the dosage to
20mL/100L
