Echinodorus parviflorus 'Tropica'

Species in the Echinodorus genus are commonly referred to as Amazon Sword plants. They are among the most popular plants in the aquarium and for good reason. These plants are beautiful, come in a variety of forms, and of course easy to grow.  Amazon Swords are great for beginners and are recommended for those who want to inject a bit of nature into their aquariums.

Echinodorus parviflorus ‘Tropica’ is a dwarf sword unlike many of the species in the genus. The oval leaves are sturdy and have a crinkled texture. This plant can be positioned in the foreground due to its small stature.
