Amazon Frogbit

Amazon Frogbit: A prolific and decorative floating plant that resemble miniature lily pads. Due to its fast growing nature, frogbits are excellent in soaking up excess nutrients (e.g. nitrates) and inhibit the growth of algae. Its root system is ideal for breeding fish that require cover or shrimp to feed on the microorganisms that grow on it.

Cannot be sold to NSW as it is declared a noxious weed in the state.
